This is a smaller IT company providing business-to-business servicing the Northeast Florida area.  This is the owner’s secondary job that helps to keep prices LOW! This company sees how most other companies take advantage of non-IT people, so it is their goal to keep things fair.  Since most jobs are handled by the owner directly, turnaround times are estimated at 1 to 3 business days for support and 5 to 10 business days for a project like websites, or small business consulting to start quoting.

But don’t let that fool you, our contracted staff is fully qualified, experienced in today’s current IT market solutions.  The owner has a Masters’s in IT Cybersecurity and 12+ years of experience in the IT industry.

We collect anonymous data from every visitor to the website to monitor traffic and research website trends via Google Analytics. When making a purchase we ask for your billing information such as name, country, address, phone number and email address so that we can reach you. Addresses are not optional due to Ohio Tax Law reporting. Name, phone number and email address are required to complete a purchase. We use this information so that we can communicate, complete and deliver the designed product or photo.

By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

Dispatch times may vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible. 

In order to contract with awtechsupport.com you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us or pre-payment using another form of valid payments (such as a check). awtechsupport.com retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted we will inform you by email and we will confirm the identity of the party which you have contracted with. This will usually be awtechsupport.com or may in some cases be a third party. Where a contract is made with a third party awtechsupport.com is not acting as either agent or principal and the contract is made between yourself and that third party and will be subject to the terms of sale which they supply you. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. (a) Our Contract 

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment e-mail confirming receipt of your order: this email will only be an acknowledgment and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.

(b) Pricing and Availability

Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as canceled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you may receive a full refund at the discretion of AWT Tech Support’s management.

Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the ‘Total Cost’.

(c) Payment 

Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. Your card will be debited upon authorization being received. The monies received upon the debiting of your card shall be treated as a deposit against the value of the goods you wish to purchase. Once the goods have been dispatched and you have been sent a confirmation email the monies paid as a deposit shall be used as consideration for the value of goods you have purchased as listed in the confirmation email.

(d) Late Payments

In some circumstances, partial payments may be allowed by management.  Once all products and services have been delivered and substantially completed, then the client must make a final payment within 30 days.  Failure to make this payment will result in a late fee.  Late fees will be charged at 10% of the remaining balance or a minimum of $35 for every 30 days the payment is not received. If payments are not received within 6 months, then AWT Technical Support has the right to remove any and all equipment and/or products without a refund at the discretion of management.

Disclaimer of Liability

The material displayed on this Website is provided without any guarantees, conditions or warranties as to its accuracy. We do not accept any returns or exchanges for online sales except for special circumstances determined by management. Management has the right to charge additional shipping, re-stocking fees and may only provide a partial refund. Vicon and Hanwha Techwin products will adhere to that company’s return policies and warranties at the time of purchase.
